All recently refurbished, the one, two and three bedroom apartments of the Residence Cala di Falco are comfortable and welcoming (on the ground or first floor), carefully furnished in typical Mediterranean style with bright fresh colours. They are the ideal choice for those looking to spend their holidays by the Costa Smeralda sea in an apartment.

Spacious apartment with a double bedroom, second and third bedroom with twin beds (may be joined together on request), two bathrooms and a living room with cooking area, a pouf bed and a built-in single sofa bed to sleep a seventh and eighth guest aged up to 14 years old.

- The rates don't include utilities and final cleaning (compulsory) required to be paid on arrival:
- Utilities: € 70.00 per week per person for water, gas, energy, linen change (1 bed linen set and 2 bath towels set per person per week, kitchen linen not provided). Beach towels provided. Children 0-23 months free
- Final cleaning: € 65.00 for the one bedroom apartment, € 70.00 for the two bedroom apartment, € 75.00 for the one bedroom apartment special, € 80.00 for the two bedroom apartment special and € 100.00 for the three bedroom apartment. Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise € 60.00 will be held back from the deposit
- Obligatory deposit of € 150.00 per apartment to be left on arrival (refundable upon departure)
- Mid-week cleaning (optional) to be requested and paid for on site: € 40.00 for the one bedroom apartment, € 45.00 for the one bedroom apartment special and the two bedroom apartment, € 50.00 for the two bedroom apartment special and € 60.00 for the three bedroom apartment
