A stone’s throw from the sea and with a fabulous view of the Golfo di Arzachena, the Villas at the Resort Cala di Falco are located at Cannigione, set among charming little squares and well cared-for gardens. A strategic position in the North of Sardinia at the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, about 30 kms from the port and international airport of Olbia.
The Villas at the Resort Cala di Falco are the perfect choice for those looking to spend a holiday with family or friends. They are all spacious and decorated with great care and detail, and guarantee privacy and comfort for an enjoyable and exclusive holiday. The villas’ convenient location means that guests can make use of the facilities of the adjacent Resort Cala di Falco (some services may be charged for) and those of the nearby town of Cannigione.
The public beach at Cannigione can easily be reached on foot as it is literally just over the road, about 200 metres from the villas with umbrella and sun lounger service. A shuttle bus service (available at scheduled times) goes to the public beach at Mannena, also known as Balca Brujata, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Golfo di Arzachena with sun loungers and parasols service provided by an outside operator (payment required). The La Maddalena Archipelago and the most beautiful beaches of the North of Sardinia can easily be reached either with your own car or by boat, and there is also a wide selection of excursions exclusively for Delphina guests.
The town of Cannigione with its marina and shops open all year round is about 300 metres from the Resort’s villas, ideal for a walk along the sea front that comes alive at sunset with market stalls and all kinds of entertainment.

Facilities at the Cala di Falco Villas
All the villas at the Resort Cala di Falco have kitchen with oven and dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD reader, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, two bathrooms, beach towels and bathrobes for adults, spacious terrace and/or garden with facilities. Free unattended uncovered parking.
- Free cot and highchair to be requested at time of booking.
- Villas are available within 17:00 (earlier if available) and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Villa Type A
Carefully decorated in Mediterranean style, the villa has a double bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a second bathroom with shower, a kitchen and living room. Outside there is a convenient barbeque. The villa can sleep up to four adult guests plus a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months.
Villa Type B Sea View
Elegant villa with sea view comprising a double bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds plus a second bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with two single sofa beds or double sofa bed to sleep a fifth and sixth guest. On request there is the option of a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months.
Villa Type C
Prestigious and elegant villa comprising a double bedroom, second double bedroom with separable beds, two bathrooms with shower and a third bedroom with twin beds. Kitchen and living room with a single sofa bed or sofa bed to sleep one child up to 12 years plus a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months. Outside there is a convenient barbeque.
Villa Type D Sea View
Sea view villa with elegant and sophisticated decor, it comprises a double bedroom with bathroom, a second double bedroom with separable beds and a third bedroom with twin beds or bunk bed as well as a second bathroom with shower and a toilet with hand basin. Spacious kitchen and living room with single sofa bed. The villa can sleep up to six adult guests plus a child up to 12 years and a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months. Outside there is a convenient barbeque.
Villa Erica Sea View
Elegantly furnished sea view villa on two levels, laid out as follows: on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom (no shower or bathtub), a second bedroom with twin beds, a second bathroom with shower; on the lower floor there is a kitchen and living room with single sofa bed suitable for a fifth guest. On request there is the option of a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months while outside there is a practical barbeque.
Villa Elicriso
Prestigious villa comprising a double bedroom with bathroom, second double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds, second bathroom with shower and a toilet with hand basin. The daytime area has a kitchen and a living room with single sofa bed. The villa can sleep up to six adult guests plus one child up to 12 years and a baby from 0 to 23 months in a cot. Outside there is a convenient barbeque.
Villa Ginestra Sea View
Elegant sea view villa comprising a double bedroom with toilet and hand basin, second double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds, a second and third bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. The villa can sleep up to eight adult guests plus 2 babies form 0 to 23 months in cots. Outside there is a convenient barbeque.
Service included
During the period when the Resort Cala di Falco is open*, guests at the villas can use the following services and facilities free of charge:
- Wi-Fi
- uncovered and unattended car parks
- sports facilities (flood-lit Mateco tennis court, beach volleyball court)
- Cannigione free beach just a few tens of metres from the hotel, just across the road, with complimentary umbrellas and sun loungers in the hotel's licensed area (subject to availability)
- free shuttle-bus service at scheduled times to the public beach at Mannena with extra charge external beach service
- use of the hotel swimming pool
- reception open 24 hours per day (during periods when the hotel is closed reception will be open at pre-arranged times) and all major credit cards accepted.

Mandatory extra charges
Rates quoted do not include utilities and final cleaning (mandatory) to be paid on arrival:
- Utilities: € 70.00 per week per person for water, gas, energy, linen changes (bed/bathroom: 1 bed linen set and 2 bath towels sets, kitchen linen not supplied). Complimentary beach towels and bathrobes for adults. Children aged from 0 to 23 months free.
- Final cleaning: € 200.00 for villas typology A, typology B and Villa Erica and € 250.00 for villas typology C, typology D, Villa Elicriso and for Villa Ginestra. Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean prior to departure. Otherwise € 150.00 will be held back from the deposit.
- Mandatory deposit to be paid on arrival € 300.00 per villa (refundable on departure).
- Midweek cleaning (optional) to ask and pay for on site: € 100.00 for the A and B type villas, € 125.00 for the C and D type villas, Villa Erica, Villa Elicriso and Villa Ginestra.
