Bearing in mind the need of some of our guests to have a gluten-free diet, the Delphina Hotel and Resort restaurants offer a selection of delicious gluten-free dishes carefully and attentively prepared by our Chefs.
You can rest assured that our kitchen and restaurant staff receive annual training and updating on the correct and professional way to serve gluten-free cuisine. The Resort Le Dune is considered to be one of the best hotels in Sardinia for gluten-intolerant guests.
This gluten-free cuisine service should be requested at time of booking.

The Brunch Mediterraneo®
At the Nautilus or the Alla Spiaggia restaurants.
The Brunch Mediterraneo® is a light buffet designed for you to eat sparingly at lunch without sacrificing the pleasure of good food: a buffet with hot pasta dishes, delicious cold dishes created with cereals, pulses, vegetables and a selection of salads, fruit and cheeses from the island. Spring water included. Typical meat or fish second courses are not available, nor are desserts.
Alternatively tasty sandwiches and salads in the bars.
The Brunch Mediterraneo® (to be agreed in the hotel) may be replaced with the “Packet Lunch”, or if bought for the whole stay, with the “Brunch Around” at the Park Hotel & SPA Cala di Lepre 4 star (Palau). At the Resort Valle dell’Erica Thalasso & SPA 5 star (Santa Teresa Gallura) the Brunch Around is available with an extra charge of € 12.00 and is not available in August. Transfers and drinks not included, reservation has to be made at the hotel.
On request at the hotel, guests on HB basis can replace dinner with the Brunch Mediterraneo®.
The opening of bars and restaurants is at the Management’s discretion.
